Your role

In this role, you will do the work below:

Tasks:

  • Support the recruitment process by assisting in candidate sourcing, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews. Learn and apply best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Coordinate orientation sessions, and meetings & taking dictation and minutes
  • To support the overall HR department on special project assignments & ad hoc functions and events (e.g. career fairs)

Projects:

  • Support with planning and actively involved in the execution of yearly HR Engagement Activities.
  • Assist with HR-related digital improvement projects (e.g. Be-savvy)
  • Assist with survey preparation and analysis for the HR department
  • Support in an employer branding project

About you

To apply for this role, you need to meet the requirements below:

  • Candidate who is pursuing a Bachelor's in Human Resources/Business Administration.
  • Preferable 5-6 months of internship compulsory commitment.
  • Required language(s): Fluent command of English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Required skill(s): Proficiency in Microsoft 365Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & automation)/ digital savvy, Strong English communication skills, Detail-oriented, Strong time-management abilities, Analytical skill, Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion, Proactive & eager to learn.
  • Joining date: July / August 2024
