Your role

As a Computer Science (Data Analytics) Intern at Bosch Malaysia, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Ensuring data process standardization and improving business processes.
• Supporting tasks in relation to SAP and CRM, all related technical topics, and identifying the required training needed to qualify for any forth-coming IT merger projects.
• Gather data from various systems, clean up and maintain data quality, and analyze and study model data sets provided by global standards.
• Assist in data migration and creation of dashboards.
• Take the lead in projects related to business process improvements.
• Provide quality assurance of imported data, working with quality assurance analysts when necessary.
• Helping develop reports and analysis.
• Managing and designing the reporting environment including data sources, security, and metadata.
• Supporting initiatives for data integrity and normalization.
• Assessing tests and implementing new or upgraded software and assisting with strategic decisions on new systems.
• Generating reports from single or multiple systems.
• Providing technical expertise in data storage structures, data mining, and data cleansing.
• Tracking the data of business development within the ASEAN & Oceania region.
• Supporting the project office in the planning and execution of both business and digital transformation solutions for the region. Working in multi-teams to execute cross-functional projects involving sales and operations.

About you

To join this internship program at Bosch Malaysia, you need to meet the requirements below: 

• A candidate that is pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree major in Business IT administration, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, and Management or related courses.
• Preferable 6 months of internship compulsory commitment.
• Required language(s): Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia.
• Required skill(s): Creative and business-oriented with an interest in business development, good analytical skills, and proficient with MS Office applications.
• Joining date: August/September 2023
