Your role

As a Facility Technician at Bosch Malaysia, you will:

  • Support daily normal shift operation activity and project activity by proper planning & scheduling to execute the entire activity task towards achieving zero safety issues.
  • Support & coordinate production tools hook up & fit up activity for PgP2 plant, build up good working relationships with internal customers, and take up any other duties assigned by the immediate Superior from time to time.  
  • Responsible for daily dust collector & LEV rounds and readings, operation, and supervision of Bag Filter operation. Carry out routine preventive maintenance as per DOE requirements.
  • To ensure corrective action is taken immediately if found outliers/ non-compliance. Liaising with the authority (DOE) pertaining to filter bag operation
  • Attend to facility breakdown and troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance planning, and execution according to the maintenance milestone in the forecasted Budget.
  • To handle all contractor work permit and maintain FCM quality work at all time. To lead and conduct periodic checking on all tools used by contractors to ensure all tolls are in good operating condition and can safely be used in Bosch premises.

About you

To join Bosch Malaysia as a Facility Technician, you must have the following:

  • Must have relevant Certificate Chargeman Low Tension with certificate authorized by Suruhanjaya Tenaga (AO/A1/A4)
  • Good knowledge of Chiller & Air Condition systems HVAC
  • Formal Education from Local Technical Institution
  • Good Knowledge and Exposure to Facility processes, procedures, and technology

It will also be better if you are:

  • Computer literate, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Auto-Cad will be an added advantage
  • Self-driven, Independent, strong interpersonal communication, self-motivated person, result oriented & team player
  • Comfortable working on a shift basis, on weekends, and on public holidays.
  • Good personnel traits and characteristics, high integrity, trustworthy, reliable, and honest
