Your Role

Key responsibilities as follows:

• Collaborates with internal stakeholders to gather and document requirements for foreign worker services.
• Develops structured process maps for managing foreign worker services, including recruitment and compliance.
• Assists in setting up and testing tools to improve service delivery.
• Creates comprehensive documentation for processes and tools.
• Collects feedback to recommend improvements for service delivery.

About You

The ideal candidate is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Must commit to a 6-month internship.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Strong attention to detail and process-oriented.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and quick to learn new tools.
• Capable of working independently and managing multiple tasks.
