Your Role
Tasks:
- Assist in scheduling interview sessions and follow up with stakeholders.
- Prepare offer letters, extensions, and shortening letters for interns.
- Facilitate on new hire onboarding process.
- Assist in profile completion for interns and back-end processes for recruitment.
- Prepare documents for expatriates.
Projects:
- Improvement of Operation Processes flow by assignment type
- Help to update work instructions for International Assignments & Intern recruitment
About You
- Candidate who is pursuing a Bachelor's in Human Resources/Business Management/Business Administration.
- Preferable 6-8 months of internship compulsory commitment.
- Required language(s): Fluent command of English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Required skill(s): Intermediate Microsoft Skills and Good communication skills.
- Joining date: December 2024 / January 2025
