Your Role

Key responsibilities as follows:

  • Support day-to-day HR operations, including administrative tasks and employee record management.
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including documentation.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth process for candidates and interviewers.
  • Support new hire onboarding activities, including preparing welcome materials and conducting orientation.
  • Assist in creating and preparing training materials, including presentations.
  • Support the coordination and logistics of training sessions, including scheduling, venue preparation, and attendee communication.
  • Help track and maintain employee training records and attendance.
  • Provide administrative support to the training team, including organizing files, handling correspondence, and managing documentation.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Management or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Enthusiasm for learning and developing new skills in a corporate environment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks.
  • Experience in video editing, translation, graphic design, presentation creation, or similar skills is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

Internship positions available starting January 2025. Open to local students required to complete an internship as part of their academic program.
