Your Role
Key responsibilities as follows:
- Support day-to-day HR operations, including administrative tasks and employee record management.
- Assist in the recruitment process, including documentation.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth process for candidates and interviewers.
- Support new hire onboarding activities, including preparing welcome materials and conducting orientation.
- Assist in creating and preparing training materials, including presentations.
- Support the coordination and logistics of training sessions, including scheduling, venue preparation, and attendee communication.
- Help track and maintain employee training records and attendance.
- Provide administrative support to the training team, including organizing files, handling correspondence, and managing documentation.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Management or a related field.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Enthusiasm for learning and developing new skills in a corporate environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks.
- Experience in video editing, translation, graphic design, presentation creation, or similar skills is a plus.
