Your role
Key responsibilities as follows:
- Support the Marketing Communication Manager with communication initiatives and the customer excellence program.
- Assist in organizing and managing internal meetings and workshops, liaising with stakeholders.
- Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, and social media.
- Track and analyze campaign performance against KPIs and ROI.
- Conduct market research and provide insights.
- Collaborate with the regional team to identify growth strategies.
- Manage content for online channels and maintain databases.
- Design newsletters, brochures, and promotional materials.
- Coordinate social media campaigns for various events.
About you
The ideal candidate is pursuing a Bachelor in Mass Communication or Design.
- Preferable 6 months of internship commitment.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Skilled in design tools like Canva and Adobe Illustrator, with social media and video editing experience.
- Available to start in December 2024.
