AFR EX Intern (Rolling Intake)

Your Role

Key responsibilities as follows:

• Create or confirm transport orders, perform bookings, and optimize booking processes.
• Prepare, control, and distribute all required Import/Export documents.
• Identify performance issues with suppliers and propose solutions for improvement.
• Update Customs shipment information and physical status, and resolve customer issues and incidents.
• Support and interact primarily with team colleagues.
• Communicate information that requires minimal explanation or interpretation.
• Perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor.

About You

Ideal candidates will have:

• A Diploma and/or Degree in Logistics, Maritime, Transportation, or Business Studies with a minor in logistics and supply chain.
• Part-time experience dealing with customers is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in professional English communication and presentation.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
