Air Freight CS Intern (Rolling Intake)

Your role

Key responsibilities as follows:

• Manage day-to-day operations, both system-based and physical.
• Drive the team to meet customer targets, KPIs, and expectations.
• Address and respond to all warehouse operation issues via email or written correspondence.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports accurately and on time.
• Plan daily operations effectively.
• Gather and verify documentation and reports from subordinates.
• Ensure prompt feedback from subordinates on work-related issues.
• Complete any additional duties within specified timelines.
• Ensure compliance with customer and authority requirements and operating instructions.

About you

Ideal candidates will have:

• A Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Maritime, Transportation, or Business Studies with a minor in logistics and supply chain.
• Part-time experience dealing with customers is advantageous.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English professionally.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
