Your role

Key responsibilities as follows:

  • Assist executives with daily billing tasks in CW1.
  • Support invoice submission and daily reporting to customers.
  • Help create EDM packets for new customers (e-billing).
  • Contribute to meeting department KPIs.
  • Manage the Station Monitor.

About you

Ideal candidates will have:

  • A diploma or degree in Logistics, Maritime, Transportation, or Business Studies with a minor in logistics and supply chain.
  • Part-time experience in customer service is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in professional English communication and presentation.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Availability for a 3-6 month internship in Subang Jaya, Selangor.
