Your role
Key responsibilities as follows:
- Assist executives with daily billing tasks in CW1.
- Support invoice submission and daily reporting to customers.
- Help create EDM packets for new customers (e-billing).
- Contribute to meeting department KPIs.
- Manage the Station Monitor.
About you
Ideal candidates will have:
- A diploma or degree in Logistics, Maritime, Transportation, or Business Studies with a minor in logistics and supply chain.
- Part-time experience in customer service is advantageous.
- Proficiency in professional English communication and presentation.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Availability for a 3-6 month internship in Subang Jaya, Selangor.
