Billing Intern (Rolling Intake)

Your role

Key responsibilities as follows:

• Handle AFR Export Billing tasks, including rate checks and validation.
• Post invoices and validate their status, ensuring timely follow-up.
• Monitor and address revenue leakage and sick files.
• Issue supplementary invoices or credit notes as needed.
• Track invoice status on unbilled files until closure.
• Prepare internal and external reports.
• Manually update the Payment House Website and retrigger processes.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by the Billing Team to prevent escalations.
• Address billing discrepancies and issues via email.
• Execute any other duties as assigned by the Manager.

About you

The ideal candidate will have:

• A background in Accounting, Finance, or strong mathematical skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
• Strong communication skills for handling billing discrepancies.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
