Job summary

Support day-to-day LDS (Local Data Steward) management, administration, monitoring, governance tasks, and process improvement initiatives in PREM (Performance Reporting & Exception Management)

Summary of job responsibilities

  • Organization Account Clean-up (Maintain Data Quality of Organizations in CW1).
  • Process Governance.
  • Governance in E2E Data Quality (Organizations / Additional Addresses / Organization Type/ Shipments/Consols correct job header/mode/type/etc.)
  • Process Improvement Initiative - Lead/manage the setup for at least 1 DGF tools (eg. EDM - Electronic Document Management / ICAP - Intelligent Capture / ESP - Electronic Supplier Portal / FSI - Freight Station Inventory / DataGrid / FRP - Forwarding Reporting Platform).

Must-have skills 

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Solid organizational skills, multitasker, and attentive to details

  • Problem solver and willing to take more responsibility
  • High computer literacy and ability to adapt to system changes
  • Fast learner & Proactive in handling task
