Your role

In this role, you will do the work below:

  • To assist the HR department in day-to-day work.
  • Responsible for recruitment (sourcing resumes, scheduling in-person interviews)
  • Schedule interviews for both internal and external candidates
  • Support team with various administrative tasks, as needed (conference room booking, event coordination, scheduling meetings, etc.)
  • Assist team with the preparation of materials and binders
  • Other related ad-hoc activities.

About you

To apply for this role, you need to meet the requirements below:

  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English & Bahasa (Malay)
  • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office, Canva, or other design tools (need to design broadcast/ poster)
  • Solid organizational skills, multitasker, and attentive to details
  • Problem solver and willing to take more responsibility
  • Fast learner & Proactive in handling task
  • Proactivity and ability to work independently (require minimal supervision)
