What you will do
- Assist in monitoring the Assignment Remuneration Update Form (ARUF) submitted to HR Operation to ensure it is action within the given timeline
- Assist in preparing leave calculations for resignees and follow-up with line managers on the last physical date
- Follow up on letters with ASK HR and after that submit the letters to the Head of HR, Head of SSC, and Head of Department for signature via One Span
- Assist in monitoring the queries raised by employees on Compensation and Benefits via C&B mailbox
- Assist C&B Specialist in ensuring the ePfile is maintained and documents are in place
- Assist C&B Specialist on Excel reporting (eg VLOOKUP data)

- Strong teamwork skills and ability to work with a diverse team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Minimum 6 months full-time commitment
