Your role

This job is an internship for Human Resources and Business Administration students. You will learn from DHL's senior experts and work in the Human Resources Department. You might like this job because it offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various areas of the department and learn from experienced professionals.

Your daily job scope consists of different areas within the Department of Human Resources.

  • Full Spectrum of Recruitment Process (such as sourcing resume, pre-screening, interviewing until extending the offer to the successful candidate).
  • Support Employee Engagement activities in terms of idea contribution, creative drafting, and sourcing for vendors.
  • Support team with various administrative tasks as needed (such as paperwork).
  • Other Related ad-hoc tasks/activities will be assigned.

About you

To be successful in this internship, we expect your qualifications to have:

  • Diploma and/or Degree in Human Resources Management and/or Business Administration.
  • It will be an added advantage if you have part-time experience dealing with customers.
  • Being able to compose, speak, and address professionally in English.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office 365 (especially Excel)
  • This internship is located at Subang Jaya, USJ25

DHL welcomes students with 4 - 6 months internship to apply! Successful candidates will be provided an internship allowance monthly.
