LeadQualification Process Deployment
- Execute call strategies projects provided by the Telemarketing Manager
- Use communications skills to identify decision-makers for Express shipping and gain access for them
- Combine sales skills with DHL product/ service knowledge and convert the maximum possible suspect leads into prospects/ identify rank-up potential during re-qualification
- Continually develop knowledge of DHL’s services and general commercial awareness to provide the best possible standard of customer service and maximize the department’s contribution to the sales function
Customer Information Maintenance & Reporting
- Ensure that customer information is maintained accurately on the customer database
- Clean lead lists and Multichannel data with captured information
Your profile
- Bachelor Degree student
- Final year student
- Minimum CGPA of 3.00 and above
- Internship duration minimum 3 - 6 months
- Strong Communication skills
- Excellent in Microsoft Excel
