Your role

In this role, you will do the work below:

• Supporting administration tasks related to;-
• Being responsible for preparing entry/ customs permits for visitors, vendors & goods to enter the airport cargo area.
• Manage facility supplies inventory and order/ replace as needed.
• Coordinate the repair and maintenance requirements in the facility and work with vendors and contractors as per guidelines.
• Handle customs and handling agent payment process and issue cheques as needed.
• Manage the gate pass application process for all DHL staff & vehicles entering the gateway facility.
• Manage the process and documentation related to vendor Invoices, purchase orders, and goods receipt notes.
• Coordinate facility activities and events with the management team on employee engagement activity.
• Responsible for obtaining/renewing facility operating licenses and preparing & submitting the required documentation (to be done annually).
• Other administrative tasks such as managing shared folders, updating organization charts as needed, working with Human Resources on new / renewal DHL identity cards, etc.
