Your Role
During this internship, you would be learning from DHL senior experts. Your daily job scope consists of different areas within the Department of Industrial Project - Oversize Cargo such as:
- To support the Billing team for daily post invoices.
- Ensure accuracy in rating and data entry into the Booking System.
- Liaise with the Sales Team on any rates-related issues.
- Ensure on-time invoice posting in the System for shipment Phase in IMP/IMC/CMP status.
- Ensure on-time submission of daily/weekly/monthly customer reports (if required).
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards and Compliance.
- Focus on post invoice & distribution invoice to the customer.
- Other duties are assigned by the superior.

About You
To be successful in this internship, DHL expect your qualifications to have:
- Diploma and/or Degree in Logistics, Maritime, Transportation, and/or Business Studies with a minor in Logistics and Supply Chain.
- It will be an added advantage if individuals have part-time experience dealing with customers.
- Being able to compose, speak, and dress professionally in English.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- This internship is located at Iskandar Puteri, Johor.
