Your Role

As a Network Control Group Agent Intern, you will be responsible for:

  • Prepare Business Continuity Planning documentation for Gateway.
  • Prepare Work Instruction documentation for all Network Control Centre Team's day-to-day jobs.
  • Develop a training module for the Network Control Centre Team together with the NCG Supervisor.
