Your Role

Key responsibilities are as follows:

  • Engage in general correspondence with customers, suppliers, agents, and inter-department teams for ocean freight movements.
  • Monitor and coordinate export and import ocean freight activities.
  • Prepare and manage relevant documentation for customers.
  • Coordinate routine customer reports.
  • Maintain records and files in compliance with ISO standards.
  • Respond to internal inquiries and complaints, coordinating with other departments on ocean freight needs.
  • Monitor internal data and ensure system compliance.

About You

Ideal candidates will have:

  • A diploma or degree in Logistics, Transportation, or Business Studies with a focus on logistics and supply chain.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Flexibility and a willingness to take on additional responsibilities.
  • Strong organizational skills, multitasking ability, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
  • High computer literacy and adaptability to system changes.
  • Independence and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • The ability to work under pressure.

Interns will receive a monthly internship allowance.
