Management Trainee Program is an open opportunity for young talents (in particular fresh graduates) who is eager to learn and explore the Logistics Industry. We are The Freight Forwarding Expert since 1815, and we are opening a challenging and practical-centric learning environment for future talents. This program is built to prepare you to take future leadership roles by undergoing 2 rotational assignments within and/or across different functions.

In this Management Trainee Program, you will get ongoing career coaching and on-the-job training in functions and operations of related departments to gain skills, knowledge, and certification to support you in accelerating your career path. Through DHL people practices, the company will help you realize your full potential by accessing in-site training programs, an online platform portal, loads of on-the-job training, and the chance to gain certifications for your role.
By joining this Management Trainee Program, you will have the opportunity to work in a full-time contract position for 24 months. It will prepare you to take future leadership roles by undergoing 2 rotational assignments within and/or across different functions.
The regular working hours at the head office are from 08:30 AM to 08:30 PM or 9 hours long which usually has a 1-hour break for lunch. In addition, to provide a better work-life balance, DHL also allows you to choose any day for your vacation from earned public holidays (Saturday and ad hoc) and to have home-office possibilities.
