Graduate Trainee Program is an 18-month journey that provides you with hands-on work experience within DHL IT Services. DHL is pleased to equip you with knowledge of different functions and businesses and optimize your talents and skills. DHL also offers ongoing professional and technical training and certifications within your employment here.
By joining this DHL Graduate Trainee Program, you will have the opportunity to work in a full-time contract position for 18 months. Upon successful completion of the program, you stand a chance to be shortlisted for exciting job opportunities based on your career aspirations, your performance, and also on business needs and available vacancies.
The regular working hours at the head office are from 08:30 AM to 08:30 PM or 9 hours long which usually has a 1-hour break for lunch. In addition, to provide a better work-life balance, DHL also allows you to choose any day for your vacation from earned public holidays (Saturday and ad hoc) and to have home-office possibilities.
