Your role
Key responsibilities as follows:
- Collaborates with the Recruitment Team to identify and attract top talent.
- Engages in the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Works with experienced recruiters to streamline the hiring process.
- Contributes to creating a dynamic and inclusive workplace.
About you
Ideal candidates will have:
- A recent degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- A CGPA of 3.0 or above, or Second Class Upper (Hons).
- Less than one year of full-time work experience.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- A passion for working in the IT industry and a collaborative team spirit.
