Your Role

Key responsibilities are as follows:

  • Assigned to specific projects in designated departments under supervision.
  • Support day-to-day activities and collaborate with colleagues to achieve business targets.
  • Assist in preparing materials and reports for strategic reviews and senior management decisions.
  • Engage with stakeholders across Business, Product, and Risk-related functions.
  • Synthesize and present data to support decision-making.

  • Produce quality work with minimal guidance.
  • Quickly understand complex and evolving scenarios.

About You

The ideal candidate will:

  • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a CGPA of 3.0 or above, or at least second-class upper.
  • Be fluent in English with excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Have the ability to analyze and interpret data for business decisions.
  • Be resourceful with strong planning, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Be ambitious, driven, and motivated to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Be energetic, enthusiastic, and adaptable.
  • Be a team player with dynamic leadership capabilities.
  • Be computer literate and able to work independently.
