Your role
Key responsibilities as follows:
- Assigned to specific projects in designated departments under supervision for 12 months.
- Provide support in daily activities, working with colleagues to achieve business targets.
- Support Global Banking in strategic priorities, preparing materials and reports for management.
- Engage with stakeholders across Business, Product, and Risk functions.
- Obtain, review, and present data to support management decisions.
- Maintain high standards of communication and collaboration with teams and executives.
- Produce high-quality work with minimal guidance.
- Understand complex, evolving situations quickly and strategically.
About you
Candidates should possess the following:
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree with a CGPA of 3.0 or above, or at least second class upper.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data for business decisions.
- Resourceful with good planning, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ambitious, driven, and motivated to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Energetic, enthusiastic, adaptable, and a team player with leadership capabilities.
- Computer literate and able to work independently.
