Global Market Graduate Trainee (Start ASAP)

Your role

Key responsibilities as follows:

• Assigned to specific projects in designated departments under supervision for 12 months.
• Provide support in daily activities, working with colleagues to achieve business targets.
• Support Global Banking in strategic priorities, preparing materials and reports for management.
• Engage with stakeholders across Business, Product, and Risk functions.
• Obtain, review, and present data to support management decisions.
• Maintain high standards of communication and collaboration with teams and executives.
• Produce high-quality work with minimal guidance.
• Understand complex, evolving situations quickly and strategically.

About you

Candidates should possess the following:

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree with a CGPA of 3.0 or above, or at least second class upper.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyze and interpret data for business decisions.
• Resourceful with good planning, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ambitious, driven, and motivated to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, adaptable, and a team player with leadership capabilities.
• Computer literate and able to work independently.
