Your Role:

Key responsibilities as follows:

  • Generate income through credit card and personal loan sales, and cross-sell other banking products.
  • Consistently meet individual performance expectations and strive for high sales performance.
  • Collaborate with Team Leaders/Managers to plan sales activities.
  • Ensure high standards of sales and service, providing excellent customer engagement.
  • Accurately acquire, update, and maintain customer information.
  • Meet Sales Quality Standards by minimizing errors and breaches.
  • Adhere to operational procedures, guidelines, and compliance requirements.

About You:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum SPM qualification.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • 1-2 years of sales experience in credit card, personal loan, or other banking products is advantageous.
  • Ability to work on weekends and public holidays.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork capability.
  • A customer-driven approach with a focus on quality service.
