Your role
Key responsibilities as follows:
- Generate income through credit card and personal loan sales, and cross-sell other banking products.
- Consistently meet individual performance expectations and strive for high sales performance.
- Collaborate with Team Leaders/Managers to plan sales activities.
- Ensure high standards of sales and service levels, providing excellent customer engagement.
- Accurately acquire, update, store, and maintain customer information.
- Meet Sales Quality Standards by minimizing errors and breaches.
- Maintain operational procedures within guidelines, regulations, and compliance requirements.
About you
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum SPM qualification.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- 1-2 years of sales experience in credit card, personal loan, or other banking products is advantageous.
- Ability to work on weekends and public holidays.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team.
- A customer-driven approach with a focus on quality service.
