Your role

Key responsibilities as follows:

• Generate income through credit card and personal loan sales, and cross-sell other banking products.
• Consistently meet individual performance expectations and strive for high sales performance.
• Collaborate with Team Leaders/Managers to plan sales activities.
• Ensure high standards of sales and service levels, providing excellent customer engagement.
• Accurately acquire, update, store, and maintain customer information.
• Meet Sales Quality Standards by minimizing errors and breaches.
• Maintain operational procedures within guidelines, regulations, and compliance requirements.

About you

Candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• Minimum SPM qualification; fresh graduates are welcome.
• 1-2 years of sales experience in credit card, personal loan, or other banking products is advantageous.
• Ability to work on weekends and public holidays.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Customer-driven with a strong focus on quality service.
