Primary Banker (Start ASAP)

Join HSBC Amanah as a Primary Banker in KLCC, delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Your role

Key responsibilities as follows:

• Act as a Branch Ambassador to deliver exceptional customer experience.
• Promote digital channels and Life Sign Technology to new and existing customers.
• Generate revenue growth through cards, personal loans, and other retail products.
• Drive referrals for Advance and Premier customer segments.
• Utilize the customer base to identify sales opportunities.
• Accurately update customer information in the Bank’s system.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

About you

The ideal candidate will have:

• Minimum SPM qualification with 5 credits.
• At least one year of experience in retail, banking, or financial industry preferred.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin/Cantonese is an advantage.
• Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to use tablets and digital tools.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
