Your role

Key responsibilities as follows:

• Engage in practical training to complement academic studies.
• Participate in projects across Wealth and Personal Banking, Global Banking & Markets, Commercial Banking, Global Functions, and Digital Business Services.
• Develop skills and banking knowledge in a real working environment.
• Collaborate with various teams to support HSBC's global business operations.

About you

To be eligible, candidates must:

• Be an undergraduate student available for full-time work from February/March 2025 for at least 12 weeks.
• Possess good English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Have a positive learning attitude and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
• Be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Have the legal right to work in Malaysia.

Training & development

Participants will receive practical training and opportunities to take on responsibilities in various projects, enhancing both professional and personal skills.
