Your Role
Key responsibilities as follows:
- Support Marketing Below-The-Line (BTL) activities, collaborating with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Manage invoice and payment systems, including vendor account management and payment tracking.
- Analyze spending by portfolios and product categories, recommending improvements.
- Ensure timely payments to maintain trustworthy business relationships.
- Collaborate with brand managers on sponsorship requests and inventory management.
- Assist the Activation Manager with special campaigns from planning to evaluation.
About You
Candidates should have:
- A Bachelor's Degree in any field with a strong interest in Marketing Activations.
- Knowledge in Finance is advantageous.
- Project management skills.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and analytical skills.
- Availability for at least a 4-month commitment.
- Early-graduates seeking internship experience.
