Your role

Who You Are and What You’ll Do

As a CDE, you will be supporting CDM in the areas of key account management (Econsave), administration, and operations as well as driving the Catman project.

Team Structure

• Reporting to: Customer Development Manager - Econsave

Your Role/Key Responsibilities:

• Key Account Management

  • PO / Delivery Scheduling planning.
  • Assortment Review & NPD Listing Proposal.

•  Administration

  • Promo Plan proposal compilation (internal & external).
  • Filling up forms - NPD listing, downfill file, price increase files.
  • Compilation of Opso - to raise monthly according to a planned promo by KAM.

• CATMAN Project

  • Econsave obtained category captaincy for 3 categories (Dishwash, Hair Care, Private Wash) planogram to be tailor made by store level.

• Operations

  • Finance

    • Payment overdue follow-up, average 100+ invoices to follow up per cycle with finance (2 cycles a month).

  • Merchandizing

    • Assist on Solve daily obstacles faced by the merchandising team
    • Ensure spaces/visibility is on track.

• Delivery

  • Lead Time management, monitor by PO level to ensure its delivery in accordance with Supply Chain lead time planning.
  • PO Monitoring by store level, ensure all PO captured and downloaded.
  • Fulfillment management, monitor on all drop orders, ensuring it's a valid drop orders.
  • Check DSR for stock reservation.

Compensation & benefits

About you

For this Customer Development Executive (12-month Contract), Unilever is looking for candidates with:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field.

Other qualifications that will benefit you more:

• Minimum one (1) to two (2) years of work experience relevant to Account Management or Field Sales in the FMCG industry.
• Fresh grad with relevant FMCG internship experience is encouraged to apply.
• Work experience in Customer Marketing / Trade Category Management is preferable.
• Demonstrate self-driven, analytical, able to build relationships, and result oriented.
