Your role

Unilever is one of the world’s leading suppliers of Home and Personal Care, Beauty and well-being, Ice-Cream and Nutrition products with sales in more than 190 countries. Key Features

  • Be a key team player in one of Unilever's biggest Employer Branding Activation for the year
  • Plan and execute digital campaigns and manage Unilever's social media platforms for Unilever’s Employer Branding activations.
  • Manage relationships with Unilever's partners to identify relevant digital communication channels and touch points with graduates.
  • Contribute to Unilever's sourcing strategy by identifying and executing best practices in digital employer branding to be a top-of-mind employer.
  • Work closely with Unilever's Employer Branding team from planning to execution, of Unilever's branding activities e.g., career fairs, and virtual engagement sessions.
  • Actively engage with teams and business leaders across functions to capture exciting events, stories, and experiences to be shared for Unilever's branding activations.

Training, development & rotations

To find the learning they need in an online learning platform with over 100,000 pieces of content, available 24/7 and in 20 languages, developed by Unilever, leading business schools, and diverse external partners.

Instructor-led training for groups offered in local languages, as well as access to external certifications, funded by Unilever.

About you

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field and have a strong career interest in Human Resources, especially in Employer Branding.
  • You demonstrate strong project management skills. Leadership experience in student organizations is preferred.
  • You demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills - able to engage with many stakeholders in an organized manner.
  • You are creative and equipped with designing/video-editing skills is a plus.
  • You have excellent communication skills - both written and spoken.
  • You are available to commit for a minimum of 3 to 6 months (indicating your availability for the internship in your Cover Letter is preferred).
  • Fresh graduates who are seeking internship experiences to add value to their learning exposure before full-time employment.
