Marketing Intern (Rolling Intake)

Your role

Background & purpose of the job 

This is an exciting opportunity to support Unilever’s growth engine into the future! They are looking for a driven, proactive, creative, and organized person who will be responsible for the activation of their brand strategy in Malaysia across consumer-facing channels. You will be part of the global and local marketing team working across a range of varied and exciting brand projects, from their Big Bang national advertising campaigns to building a standout brand experience across direct-to-consumer channels.

Who you are & what you’ll do 

• Assist in the operations, planning, and execution of marketing campaigns and events
• Work with agencies and KOLs to develop social content for the brand aligned with campaign objectives
• Assist in the creation of marketing assets/materials
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing initiatives
• Analyse and report on the performance of marketing campaigns
• Other marketing-related tasks as assigned 

About you

To join this internship program, you need to have the qualifications below:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing concepts is a plus.
• Creative thinking with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive and self-motivated attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Demonstrate a strong commitment and a good team player
