Your role

In this role, you will have an opportunity to work on challenging projects and experience best-in-class training and development opportunities. What you can expect from the role

  • Support NRM analysis and cross-functional alignment on key outputs and opportunities to exploit across Price/Pack, Mix and Promotion Optimization, and specific NRM category programs.
  • Support the delivery of NRM working sessions/workshops to share findings, gain inputs, and alignment of key opportunities.
  • Support the development and execution of NRM Tools and Analytics.
  • Support tracking and monitoring of NRM activities, key meetings, data checks, and reporting cycles.

Training & development

Unilever's Net Revenue Management (NRM) team is embarking on an exciting journey as your learning opportunity will consist of: 

  • Building analytics skillset, insights synthesis, and recommendation development.
  • Working cross-functionally and supporting NRM growth.
  • Gaining insights on consumer, shopper, and customer behavior.
  • Creating analytics templates and models to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Developing project management operations capabilities to manage timelines and stakeholders.

About you

To join this internship program, you must meet the requirement below:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Management, Actuarial Science, and Finance

You should also have the following qualifications:

  • You demonstrated an aptitude for analytical and/or financial aspects – numbers, ratios, and data structures.
  • You have brilliant basic to intermediate experience with Excel and PowerPoint.
  • You demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills - able to engage with many stakeholders in an organized manner.
  • You have excellent communication skills - both written and spoken. 
  • You are available to commit for a minimum of 3 to 6 months (indicating your availability for the internship in your Cover Letter is preferred).
  • Fresh graduates who are seeking internship experiences to add value to their learning exposure before full-time employment.
