Your role

The Purpose of the role

Drive integrated activities with the extended supply chain and customer teams, as well as through collaboration, both internally and externally, to ensure customer service requirements are understood and met.

Team structure

  • Reporting to: Customer Experience Manager MYSG

Key responsibilities

  • Perform daily order validations by working closely with Order Processing Hub.
  • Accomplish adjustment/fulfillment of orders according to standard operating procedures and prioritization guidelines.
  • Liaison between supply planners, warehouse and transport team, order processing hub, and external customers.
  • Escalates to Line Manager on matters related to customers' issues.
  • Execute order to delivery process according to Unilever Global Financial Control Framework.
  • Act as gatekeeper & implement strict adherence to processes & cut-offs.
  • Deliver agreed Customer Case Fill on Time (CCFOT), Case Fill (CFR), Dispatch Rate (DR), and Dispatch Rate Original Order (DROO).
  • Ensure all orders (sales orders, return orders and reject orders) are processed on time in accordance with the agreed cut-off time.
  • Optimise truckload by coordinating with customers and distributors/Third-Party Logistics (3PL).
  • Actively involve in stock planning during product new launch and promotion SKUs.
  • Work closely with Customer Development (CD) team and Customers if Logistic Aging arises.
  • Manage and develop the Customer Service Hub team.

This position is for a 6-month contract and there is no mention of whether the company will extend the contract or upgrade the status to permanent. About you
