Your role

Key responsibilities as follows:

• Manage customer relationships and strategically partner with key retailers.
• Work in Customer Development to promote Unilever brands.
• Gain experience in Customer Management, Category Management, Business Operations, and Brand Building.
• Engage in international rotations and leadership development.

About you

Candidates should have:

• A completed bachelor’s degree.
• Leadership experience in student organizations or extracurricular activities.
• Strong communication, strategic influencing, and negotiation skills.
• Achievement focus, project management skills, and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
• Open to Malaysian fresh graduates or those with up to 2 years of experience.

Training & development

The program offers accelerated learning through job rotations, international stints, and structured education to develop commercial expertise.

Career progression

Graduates can expect to achieve managerial roles within 2 years, developing into Unilever's Future Young Leaders.
