Your role

Key responsibilities as follows:

• Manage customer relationships and strategic partnerships within Customer Development (Sales).
• Build expertise in Customer Management, Category Management, Business Operations, and Brand Building.
• Work closely with Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to align brand strategies with customer needs.
• Engage in international rotations and leadership training to enhance business acumen.

About you

The ideal candidate will have:

• A completed bachelor’s degree with leadership experience in student organizations or extracurricular activities.
• Strong communication, strategic influencing, and negotiation skills.
• Proven project management abilities and the flexibility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Open to Malaysian fresh graduates or those with up to 2 years of work experience.
